Class Types
Aerial/Flying Pole
Uses a pole suspended from the ceiling, allowing it to spin and move in the air. Classes focus on strength, control, and fluid movement as you learn spins, climbs, and transitions on a dynamic apparatus. Expect a fun, challenging workout that builds confidence and lets you experience the unique feeling of flying.
Flexibility
Improve your mobility with guided stretching designed to increase range of motion, reduce tension, and support your pole training. This class focuses on safe, effective techniques for splits, backbends, hips, and shoulders. All levels are welcome, and exercises can be modified for your comfort and goals.
FloorFlow
Focuses on floor-based pole movement, emphasizing fluid transitions, body awareness, and grounded strength. You'll explore sensual and expressive use of the pole without climbing. Expect a blend of technique, musicality, and intentional movement that builds confidence and control from the ground up.
Yoga
Intended to complement pole training, Yoga helps improve flexibility, joint health, and active mobility. Yoga offers space to slow down, stretch, and restore. Emphasizes breath and mindful movement to ease tension, support recovery, and help you feel grounded, balanced, and more connected to your body.
Poleography
Special 2-hour choreography class designed for both pole and floor movement. Learn a dynamic, expressive routine, and refine the details that make movement feel powerful and personal. A professional videographer will be on site to capture high-quality footage of the choreography and videos will be edited and uploaded for use on studio marketing platforms, giving students the opportunity to be featured and see their movement through a professional lens.
