Yoga

Intended to complement pole training, Yoga helps improve flexibility, joint health, and active mobility. Yoga offers space to slow down, stretch, and restore. Emphasizes breath and mindful movement to ease tension, support recovery, and help you feel grounded, balanced, and more connected to your body.

Poleography

Special 2-hour choreography class designed for both pole and floor movement. Learn a dynamic, expressive routine, and refine the details that make movement feel powerful and personal. A professional videographer will be on site to capture high-quality footage of the choreography and videos will be edited and uploaded for use on studio marketing platforms, giving students the opportunity to be featured and see their movement through a professional lens.
